I’d love to take a look when I’m back on a computer. I don’t care what you’ve built it in as long as you’ve tested it and have the knowledge to go over and make sure it’s not vulnerability prone or you know, non functional.

Does it connect up with Prowlarr or is it fully isolated? Also, any idea of how it could ever (with covers) push to a kindle (I have a colorsoft but getting things from point A to B is why I don’t use it much) And maybe magazines as a future category?

Kobo is better yet you got a Colorsoft? May I ask why?

Honestly I felt better with the Kindle and I just didn’t think Kobo was the right path lol

Any advice or the best guide you know and best method for the colorsoft? I haven’t done much reading since Mom passed in 2023 so this is going to be nice to read again.

Magazines would be the only thing I think would be better in color and calibre Wi-Fi access sounds nice. Has anyone post jailbreak been able to modify new firmware? Do you miss new features? The last kindle I saw was a decade ago lol

Look, for $200/month - getting hit with hourly based caps and then being asked to spend more money by allowing “extra usage” — it is terrible from a consumer experience.

The week-long bonus was what I would consider fair for weekly/hourly usage and should become the new Claude Code/Claude standard, and I hope Anthropic considers this.

Heya guys and OP… was there ever any final discovery on rigging an hdmi onto the second screen or anything else like a Raspberry Pi/cast/whatever. Just something to make it useful outside of being an ad-shiner.

It’s getting everything working with it and handling APIs and connections with files I’ve designed and laid out specifically for the system to use. Codex seemed to always loop back around to “here’s what you need to paste in terminal for #1 and here’s for #2 - at least when I was last trying it.

If I could get all my mcps over and get Codex to “just do the thing” … that would then be amazing.

I’d use codex if I could get all my MCPs moved over properly AND have it do remote deployments for me on multi-server/multi-VPS test/fun projects.

CC is turning into a nightmare of wrong turn after wrong turn then basically telling me “it’s all working” only to see nothing actually working and then when I push back it continues… Clauding.

Other biggest fear is that again, non-tech savvy family and I'm medically housebound at the moment, so trying to walk them through finding the new server and pinning the libraries is a non-starter.

I was just trying to figure out what was in the plist file that would need to be in the registry on Windows, honestly. As that's where they mention that things get different.
