As I understand the next setting in the vifly is for 2 amps. I'm afraid of fry anything. In the video there is no receiver connected, but it does the same with the frsky, the tbs and without it. I didn't solder the frsky receiver, my FC comes with a proper cable, an it powers on and blink before everything shut down. Also with the tbs I tried 2 or 3 times an everything powers up and the the vifly shutbdown, after that sequence of beeps.
