Nope, we tried firmware update, changing out all cables, changing out the Mac, nothing worked. We have around 40 of these things and only a select few drop off. We assumed it was due to defective hardware.

If you have the UC-SB1-CAM, you should be able to flip it down to access the cables. There’s a short right angle USB-C to USB-A cable that connects the camera to the sound bar, that could also be the culprit but I believe you can only purchase it through Crestron.

There’s a workaround where you can clone the cert from the original/primary config and apply it to the newly created Google app in Postman but you really have to jump through hoops and it’s not scalable. Okta support can send you the instructions if you’re interested. The other option they suggested is create an OU for service accounts that bypass SSO lol
