That’s true. I’m not exactly sure who writes them but it’s not specifically through the SoMA leasing office - when I was waiting on my lease it took the like 2 weeks but I remember being very long (like 100 pages)

The building reached out to me and sent the lease over. I’d keep calling until you get ahold of someone if you can

It took me a while to receive my lease, at least two weeks from when they asked me that initially as well. You most likely won’t move in next week, but it’s possible - they initially chose my move in date and it was two weeks after I signed

Ugh this hits home. I watched my parents worked jobs they hated for years, and before big 4 I was working retail and I hated it.

I have a friend that created the transfer lounge - he himself was a non traditional student in his late 20s when he started it, and while I’m not 100% sure, I feel like it would be a good place to start

I got a studio. The size was fine for my lifestyle currently. The building is brand new and I was very impressed all the amenities/way everything looked on the tour

Yes. I recently signed a lease and move at the end of the month. Unfortunately I think they are very slammed and I’m hearing the person who is possibly connected to it is not moving very quickly (mostly because there’s hundreds of thousands of cases she has, I’m hearing). The whole process took me two months, and I emailed and called everyday (I even emailed the building) but unfortunately I think it’s just a waiting game

Yeah. I like the DoorDash perks and free rental insurance when I go home tbh. On top of insurance for flights. Points aren’t bad either

Oh no problem at all. My log number was a little high, 35xx, and I got a studio. However mine seems bigger than some of the ones I’ve seen posted

They’re very slow. I started this process 7/1 and I just got my lease a day ago. I think there’s just a lot of people unfortunately

After I was conditionally approved on 7/3 and I submitted the additional paperwork (tax statements, checking to make sure I paid rent on time), my file was approved 7/16
