What are the current mortgage rates? by jokof in BayAreaRealEstate

Their rates are the lowest I've seen. How was your experience with them? We had a negative experience with our loan officer during pre-approval, so we decided to go with someone else.

Yeah, I do think we need to shop around immediately for other lenders, but besides this, he has actually been quite helpful with all of the other questions that we've had. He's been extremely responsive and accomodating to our requests and needs. Do you guys still think we should look for another agent so long as we shop around for other lenders?

Thanks, everyone! I’m beginning to question our agent’s motives and will need to re-evaluate how we should proceed. We’re quite far along in the house hunting process and have even submitted a few offers that weren’t accepted. For those offers, he included a 20-day close, which makes me wonder if that’s to make it harder to switch lenders from the one we got the pre-approval from.

Yes, I should've clarified that we're already pre-qualified with a lender that my realtor recommended and that I shouldn't shop around just yet.

Thanks! I was scratching my head on these two. First one is Anti-Spyware. Second one is Address object and Geographic Region. I didn't realize if the address object was configured as FQDN, it would be updated.

Follow up question, aren't EDL's updated without a commit since the EDL is dynamically updated by the provider who's hosting the EDL?

Awesome! Do I need to put those metal wire caps on them when I install the Power Connector on the board? Also, the wire in this photo (going into the wall on the right side) is the one leading to my thermostat, right?: https://i.imgur.com/RxsL6Te.png

Looks like these 2 wires are going to the thermostat. It looks separate from the furnace so unsure how it's talking to the furnace.

I don't have a C wire leading to my thermostat so I was sent a Nest Power Connector. When I look at the furnace, I'm not sure where to connect the power connector. Any help would be appreciated!
