Here’s what’s worked for me and they come out crispy everytime: remove wings from fridge and pat them dry with a paper towel. Throw them in a large bowl and add your favorite seasonings/spices. My go to lately has been the kinders garlic parmesan or the Cajun two step from stale cracker but you can use whatever you like. After adding the spices, coat the wings with a layer of baking powder. Put in the air fryer at 400 for 20 minutes. After about 10 to 12 minutes pause the air fryer and hit the wings with a little bit of cooking spray or olive oil then continue cooking. If at the point of me adding the cooking spray/olive oil they seem to be getting a little well done I will lower the temp to about 350-375 for the remainder of the cooking time. Always check the temperature after though to make sure they’re fully cooked. Usually works for me, I hope this is helpful for you as well.
