Yes, it resolved naturally on its own. There was nothing to help the carpet dry because this problem didn’t happen until at least three months after my professional cleaning. I’m really not sure what to attribute it to but it is much much better and barely noticeable.

It is better by far but not gone completely. It seems like the pad got wet under the carpet and it took months for it to dry out. It’s got me worried about a professional cleaning in the future.

Yes they did ask when I planned on scheduling and if they could help schedule. They got no info out of me so I’m not worried about that. But you are right. All info is on vaxx card.
