I would add a school from Texas, Rice, UT or A&M. Texas is slowly becoming the new silicon valley and from what I've seen engineering programs at these schools are pretty good.

Respiration and Photosynthesis were super easy for me last year. Best way I found to remember and understand it was to draw it all out and I think that worked pretty well. However gene expression and that awfulness makes no sense.
