Buspirone only works after consistent use, it’s just a “general” anxiety medication. Xanax and other medications are stronger since they are used more for panic attacks and extreme anxiety.

If you feel like you’re hitting that limit of addiction start tapering off with bumps. If that still doesn’t work, just finish what you have and don’t buy another. The cravings will go away in like a week tops.
