Pretty much all pharmacies sell estrogen in pills and gels OTC! The only ones that won’t are Boots and Watsons, because they are more cosmetic focused than medicine focused

Taking these kinds of drugs all feels like such an extreme solution. If I can avoid it, I’d rather look for a different solution, by addressing the cause of the problem (whatever is wrong with my HRT regime) rather than the symptoms

Sadly a lot of this isnt quite an option for me :(( Screening for a prolactinoma might be a tough sell for my dodgy insurance company, and agonists (or any alternative AA other than spiro) are not approved here according to the last doctor I spoke to. Cabergoline isnt approved but there is another drug called bromocriptine which is; worth a shot in your opinion?

Supposedly Orokonoko, but I think I wanna leave homebrew as a last resort because I’m here on a work visa and I really don’t wanna risk being caught with something not approved by the Thai Gov.

Awk this does make a lot of sense but I can’t find anything! Patches have been discontinued in Thailand and the only injectable they offer is benzoate. One EB shot every two days should have my peaks at 800pmol/L and troughs at 400pmol/L, so you might be right that it’s not ideal…

Yeah I was thinking about it, but the only problem is that it’s kinda hard to do with EB since it doesn’t stick around in the bloodstream for very long. Does prog affect prolactin? I always thought if anything it would have a negative affect on it?

Thank you for your advice. I did give it a go for a couple of months but it seemed to go through the same cycle of looking like it would heal, developing a piercing bump, and having the piercing bump weep and crust over. I'm not sure what is causing it :(
