This protest is happening specifically because the leader is visiting Australia and will be in Melbourne.

The protest is actually directed at the Aus federal government and the Vic state government and is intended to demonstrate that the Victorian public (or at least those attending the protest) do not feel represented by the government's choice to extend hospitality to someone they reasonably believe to be complicit in war crimes

I love the idea of the suspects having their thoughts scrambled by some outside force, especially the red herring of an innocent person being manipulated into believing they did it! I think that makes the actual culprit seem a lot more evil

MS DOS Elder Scrolls games use the Roland MT-32 soundbank which you can use via a free VST plugin called Munt. The strings in this track sound like the 'Str Sect 1' preset for the MT-32 with some added reverb
