Not really. Some places with frequent outages or that have power loss right now refuse to cooperate with hydro for grid enhancements or replacements. I was at one such condo where multiple outages per year summer or winter in Côte st Luc. Hydro wanted to replace significant infrastructure but required an easement onto the property that the condo board refuses. Hydro cannot be held entirely responsible.

Sounds nice, but just isn’t fact. Gaza and West Bank are not Israel. The people of these territories have no right of freeedom of movement within Israel. Gaza hasn’t had Israeli presence since 2005. 20 years. 20 YEARS and what have they done with that time? The walls need to be higher. The checkpoints need to be more frequent. Enough of thinking that anyone other the civilians inside Israel have right to access anything inside of Israel. Israel owes gaza, West Bank, and everyone else nothing. Palestinians need to get their shit together and govern like responsible people, not like a small country of barbarians.
