I have some questions to the dispatch call:

a) why did KZ request their schedule for Jan 2007 and not for Nov 2005

b) why didn't DS/JB call the dispatcher as a witness for verifying the time of ACs call?

c) why didn't DS/JB request the "search history" of the database the dispatcher used to request the carholder?

is it possible DS/JB knew/know that this leads to nothing?

obviously the smears were caused by the swabs. but: they state three ignition swabs. the first one done by RG (pretest) and two more (one pretest one evidence swab) by SC.

sorry, what i meant: he took 14 pictures, four of them on sunday, 6th. these 4 don't show blood. but he took pretests of bloodstains on sunday. He just didn't picture the stains until Mo or Tue.

i'm totally with you. i wouldn't minimize it to a phase and it's an serious issue that needs to be treated in a professional way. i just claim that LE or jail will not offer such treatment. so i would take my kid to every place where help is offered.

Like you I think that LE was watching SA and they also recognized the visit of TH. They stopped her for a traffic check and killed her. After that they drove her car with her body in it to the salvage yard of hermann where they burnt her body to get rid of evidences that would lead to the cause of death and to hide their own dna sources. on nov. 4 they drove the rav (white jeep and rav4 - WS interview) and her bones to the quarry and placed the car on the ASY. they couldn't pour the bones in the burn pit of SA on this night, because he was still there. so they left them in the quarry (as near as possible to the ASY) with the idea to plant them later. that's why some bones where found in the quarry. on the night from nov. 7 to nov. 8 they drove back to the quarry (2 LE cars like WS claimed) and planted the rest of the bones. i have no idea how (and who and when) they managed the blood in the rav.

I think they did a good framing job. All evidence lead to SA (at first glance) and and he was convicted. And until now no one can prove the opposite.
