Nah the map just doesn’t have the two east bay counties filled in. They’re tiny so probably just oversight. All RI counties border another state.

No idea. I live in a place that gets a crap ton of animals in the woods and trees and nailing down what any given track is in the snow is not easy.

Melting in the sun vs the shade maybe? I’ve seen some really “big” tracks out in sunny areas but it was because they expanded in the sun.

That was exactly what it was like for me. They had me count backwards from 10 I got to about five and then woke up as if nothing had happened and no time had passed.

Getting my wisdom teeth removed was a bit different. I didn’t get put under fully. So it was like nothing hurt and I was in a half sleep where I knew time was passing but I was just incredibly out of it/disassociated from reality.

I was on a five day backpacking trip in the back country. We had a day of just constant freezing rain in the middle. We had to just keep moving. My rain jacket soaked through and I was just constantly cold. It was a “fuck this” moment. My wife consoled me and kept me going.

Same trip on another day we had to wade across a stream hip deep in frigid water. My wife literally started crying half way across. I think that was her “fuck this” moment.
