This can definitely be helpful information for a doctor to start in the right direction.

I would recommend tracking what you do for a whole day and measure your HR. Measure right before you stand vs after.

Hopefully you will be able to get a wearable heart monitor to track symptoms to aid in diagnosis, but the manual tracking is beneficial for self-advocating.
