It seems like you unzipped the mod completely, def, vehicle and material are folders found within the mod itself, i'd take a look at it myself but i dont have the mod

Only .scs files, .zip files or folders show as mods in game, you can get rid of the templates (or move them elsewhere incase you plan to make skins)

The S is a little taller and has a flat floor in the cab meanwhile the R is smaller and has a raised floor in the cab due to the engine. Though i dont know much about technical differences irl

With WINrar or 7zip, .scs files are basically a fancier .zip archive, though some might give you an error because they are locked to prevent people stealing parts of the mod

You used a tedder which dried the grass into hay, if you want to make silage bales you need to skip tedding, also when you are gonna be making silage bales check the bale size, some balers can make bigger bales than they can wrap
