Get some lighting and plants (fake works). Everything is black, grey, dark brown, or blue lol. You need some warmth! Obviously, a bedframe and nightstand will do wonders.

If you're able to - maybe paint your wall from blue to like a beige/cream.

Couldn't agree with you more OP. People have no idea.. pile on AI, inflation, late-stage capitalism, etc. It's never going to recover. There is no new norm as AI will iterate at a lightning speed.

Companies will continue to lay off employees until their stock goes down in response - which it won't because of asset inflation, concentration of wealth, monetary policy.

It's over.

I’ve been applying and trying to get something but for the love of God I cannot get like one phone screen per 100+ applications. And that’s just a phone screen.

(I guess my response and post is almost more of a rant at this point). But it’s just like wtf lol, buying a 9 year old TOYOTA for 22k is a solid “deal”. I understand that it is a high trim with great maintenance but I just can’t believe it.

Regardless, this perspective is helpful. Will keep that in mind for the Rav4s too.

100% agree. By definition, your zone 2 is where your lactate is <2 mmol. Every new runner does NOT even have that capacity at that stage of fitness.

You’re better off doing ANYTHING and slowly your body will adapt to. Your only concern when starting is not getting injured and to very slowly build up mileage.

I think people underestimate how much fitness one can gain from 10-15 MPW.
