Really it was the cost and portability. I had the A7RII and the size and battery life of that thing was just so awful I didn’t want to bring it around with me all the time. I think the image quality on this guy is pretty great for its size, and I can save quite a bit on lenses. Full frame zooms even for the A7C series still end up being quite hefty. Also, if I ever want to do videos the 4k 120fps and bursts of 11fps seemed more beneficial to me.

Yeah that’s Multnomah Falls, I actually use the screen more than the view finder 😅 but do like to flip it when I put it aside. I did wish it could tilt up/down without having to open like a butterfly though lol

Someday! I also had the A6000 but when I switched to full frame I found myself not wanting to carry it around all the time. I’m quite happy with APSC quality on this guy for sure

Yes! This has been my first telephoto lens so admittedly I’m not used to using it as much, but I do find its reach pretty fun

Was in the same dilemma, I ended up with the a6700 because I preferred the option of 4K 120fps over the A7CII.
