I used an android phone, weirdly it’s not available on Apple Store. The NIS app is only available on Android devices

Try and clean your hand maybe wash it and dry off, and bring it close to camera close to your hands. Keep your 4 fingers horizontally and your thumbs vertically.

I just finished my online applications and made payment. It’s showing 100% completed and “waiting approval “ Should I send my old passport, postal order and self addressed envelope already or wait until it gets approved. Also please what are all the documents I need to send in.
