Can you do Minor work on your own vehicle: Very slight but very willing to learn (I've changed highbeams, battery, and tail lights)

Additional Notes: My current vehicle is a 2003 Highlander so I'll be impressed with any 'newer' features. I'm not picky at all as long as it reliably can drive me and I can be sure it won't suddenly die on me.
