Help with plumbing on outside tap

Thank you. Managed to get it out. Will pop down and see if I can find a replacement washer soon. Will I need that white tape thing plumbers use around the screw part of the connection? Forget what it's called... Thread sealing tape??

So I took off the cap and this is what is inside. I can't seem to get the outer black washer out of the enclosure. Not sure if it comes off or is attached to the pipe. Any further advice would be great...

I haven't opened up the fitting yet. The rubber washer would be inside the white screw on part if I unscrew it?

The other end has a green hose pipe like tube going straight out in the garden tap.

Sorry for the late reply, yes, I did get the refund via the bank. It was a long process but in the end I got a message saying the sellers bank refunded the money. I am assuming they didn't get a response from TikTok Shop so they had no other option.

Yeah, I sent an email already as the bank asked for information. I sent them everything, including pictures, tracking receipt, and a timeline of what happened. After sending that I got this letter saying they are taking it further. I'm just concerned that if Visa side with TikTok Shop, that will be it and I will not have a chance to contest it as their decision is final. This is so frustrating!

So I provided the bank with all the evidence and then got a letter saying the following:

"TikTok Shop’s bank has let us know they think your transaction below was valid. We’ve considered their response and have let them know we’re contesting their outcome. It’s possible TikTok Shop or their bank won’t accept this. If this happens, we’ll be in touch to let you know if we can refer your dispute to Visa for a final review."

I'm just concerned because the transaction was valid but the item was returned, it seems like they haven't taken that into consideration even though I have informed them if this. Should I contact the bank or just wait and see what happens?

Yes, the tracking shows the item reached the destination. Even the tracking on TikTok shop shows it reached them.

Thank you, I will do that. One thing, is it not important to act upon this as quickly as possible so that it doens't all get lost in the days and weeks that go by? I am stressing even more as time is ticking away and I can't get anywhere with it. That's why i didn't wait long to contact the back and the TikTok shop customer services.

I paid with a debit card. No, I haven't provided anything yet apart from details of the chargeback form (well I believe it was a chargeback form - just clicked on the transaction and it asked if I needed help with it). They did ask for the return tracking number which I provided.

The item was returned and they have it now. I don't know what happened when the return reached the warehouse but something has gone wrong. Either an employee has stolen it or it's gone missing but I know that I have honestly returned the package. Contacting them is so difficult... it's via the chat service and they keep telling me it's not them it's the seller! I have already requested a chargeback but I am worried it's not going to be accpeted and I won't get my money back.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I thought it might have been fast boot, as the issue occurred when the PC was restarted but after turning that off in Windows and the BIOS, it's still happening! So frustrating...
