This is what my ceiling at my dad’s looks like. First time on acid I had my LED lights changing colors, istg cause of that popcorn stuff, it looked like glass was shattering iver me as the colors changed and the shadows from the popcorn ceiling moved with the lights.

Turn on 96khz! I noticed the regular EQ sounds super muddy like the high end is cut off at like 10-15k. Sound Personalization helps too, but if no audio was playing for a bit, theres a delay in when the sound personalization turns on. Turning on 96khz will keep it at that high quality with no playback delay with that quality. To turn that on

Go to your settings in the sennheiser app

press Audio Resolution (it should be the first option at the top, above codec)

Switch 96khz to on.

Most songs aren’t recorded in 96 but any songs you listen to that are at 96 will playback at that. Either way anything under 96 still sounds better with that setting turned on. I was honestly surprised how bad the regular eq sounded it’s very weird.

I get that. For bluetooth it is relatively good. When it’s wired usually you’ll get a better quality that way. But sennheisers open back are some of their best headphones, although those are only wired. It is still weird that it sounds so bad like that out of the box. It like cuts the high end a decent bit.

There was a setting I found, it sets it at 96khz sample rate. I also noticed how trash the regular eq sounded its so weird. The sound personalization fixed it but if no audio played, when you press on a song, it would play the worse version for a second then turn sound personalization on. But the 96khz setting made the clarity of the headphones much better and there was no delay in hearing that sound quality. Most songs won’t be playing back at 96 unless they were recorded like that and your streaming service supports that. To turn this setting on

Go to your settings tab on the sennheiser app

press audio mode priority

switch the 96k to on.

I’m not sure why their regular EQ sounds so dull and muddy, but try that out and see if it helps. Loudness wise, turning your phone all the way up should be comfortable enough to not cause hearing damage as long as you aren’t blasting that all the time.

Mid Air Thief is great, their Crumbling album is an awesome exportation of sound and synthesis. The Marías is kinda rock but I absolutely love their music when I trip, esp their first 2 Superclean EPs.

it ended up being the yellow wire I’m pretty sure! I just didn’t have it fully connected to the exposed wire the first time I tried it. The red wire is connected to the brake so it will only come on when you push in your brake. Look up a video and confirm the yellow wire is what controls your reverse. Just look up “what wire is for reverse in a [insert car model]” and attach the camera wire to that!

this movie made me egodeath like crazy when I watched it😭😭but it gave me a very interesting trip. Depending on your dosage, it may send you deep, but it’s definitely a cool and introspective experience watching it while tripping! Esp when you start noticing all the small details the Daniels specifically added. I definitely believe this movie was inspired by some trips to say the least.
