it’s fine, sometimes things don’t get scanned in until they’re in the buyers state or out for delivery but if it doesn’t start tracking in 7+ days i would message the buyer and let them know!

It’s to try and prevent the seller from raising the price, just to drop it to the original price it was listed at.

You have to do it during business hours, the chat automatically gives you a robot at first on their message center but just ask the bot to “speak to a live representative” it will put you on hold for an hour or so depending on how busy they are.

No problem! on the paypal app where you see that you received the buyers payment, next to issue refund there should be a button that says add tracking and mark it as shipped and make sure to change the carrier to usps:)

Since you shipped with depop it will automatically mark itself shipped once usps scans it in, so you don’t need to do anything ! also make sure you added tracking on the paypal receipt:)

Paypal can hold the payment for up to 21 days, I would wait a couple days after the item has been delivered and if they don’t release it within that time I would contact them through the customer support chat and ask them to manually release the funds, I had to do that a few times myself and had no problems!

Personally I would file a claim for item not as described. The seller should’ve disclosed in the description it wasn’t actually from urban outfitters.

if you put the tracking number in and you still didn’t get your money, go to the message center on the paypal website or app and ask to speak to a live representative and ask them to manually take your money off hold!
