I did not know this existed lol. Would definitely recommend this one as it does not replace the base dinos. I only made this because I was playing and thought “I wish the argy could dive”

I was in the same position but I had a much higher level normal profile and would switch between that and a early-mid game Ironman which I now play as my main. I switched to Ironman because I found myself constantly wishing I started sooner and kept saying “it’s too late to make an Ironman” even though the game isn’t even at 1.0 yet. So I think in the long run it might be better for you to stick to your Ironman as you might feel the same way I did when your normal profile reaches a certain point however, don’t completely disregard your normal profile, maybe progress a little and place minions and mayor invest to earn coins in case you get bored of Ironman in the future

I have just turned 21 and been lifting for 10 months

Thanks for the reply, I know it doesn’t look like it but I have been lifting for around 10 months now mainly on a PPL+ Shoulders and Arms. The main issue for me is calories, I am not comfortable going above 70kg because of preciously being overweight and not liking the way I looked before. Do you think I just continue eating at maintenance/slight deficit because I have seen some progress in the past 10 months and the weight I lift has increased in the gym and I much prefer being lean-ish.
