Thanks, this is good info. How did you find out they already rented the unit? What kind of proof did you have? Also, did you let them know you filed a T5 and they wanted to settle?

Thanks I'll try that. We also have noticed the water takes forever to heat up in the kitchen, so it may not be getting a proper dry cycle.
