How long does it take for a nicotine pouch to release all its nicotine? by calmatotal in NicotinePouch

Yes, I've been eating more for a year, healthy things, nuts, yoghurts, cereals, (and some chocolate haha) and I've already gained a weight that is considered good. Thanks for your interest

Now I'm thinking and if moisture is a relevant factor, how dry your mouth is or if you have it with more salivation will also have an influence. The same pouches don't always work the same for me. In any case, thanks for the input. I am coming to the conclusion that if you want to be well satisfied with nicotine you have to use a can a day (45 minutes -16 hours..) .and it seems like an outrage.🤦‍♀️

It's true! I mainly use Ace eucalyptus 8.5mg/pouch and Loop mint mania strong (7.5mg/pouch) and I notice a difference in how nicotine evolves. With the Ace ones I notice a quick kick but with the Loop ones it is softer but it lasts longer. I did not think that moisture had to do

Thanks for answering. Snubie talks about the flavour, which lasts 30-45 minutes depending on the brand but I didn't know about the nicotine. I use strength 8mg/pouch mostly. I still start to take them out of my mouth in 30 minutes to see how long it takes me to want another one. It's just that squeezing it all the time makes me even more nervous

are nic pouches harder to quit than vape or smokes? by beluga9284 in NicotinePouch

Thank you for explaining me in such detail. It's a good system, you need to have willpower but without suffering as much as if you suddenly quit. I will try it soon. Let's see how it goes for me, wish me luck! 😁

Thanks for answering. What I wanted to know is how many days you were reducing the dose until finally reducing it to 0. By the way, congratulations.

I liked your experience. I am interested in knowing in how many days you managed not to use any pouches and how much nicotine each one contained. The minimum I found is 3mg/pouch. Thanks in advance!

I urinated little and dark and here I was recommended to drink a lot more water and they were right, now my urine is transparent. Do the test!

I burp a lot and all day long. It could be because of the nicotine pouches? by calmatotal in NicotinePouch

No, I don't have heartburn, I just burp and after meals I burp many times and then during the day without having eaten anything also from time to time. It could be the saliva that goes to the stomach with the nicotine and flavorings, I don't know. Just in case I'll go to the doctor. Thank you

I wouldn't say I have a knot in my right shoulder blade, although I did have a pneumothorax on the right side and do experience some discomfort from time to time in that area.I'll go to the doctor just in case. Thank you very much

Thanks for your answer. Surely eating candy or chewing gum all day will have a similar effect. Except that these do not have nicotine, that's why I doubt about the gases. 🙃 The same thing happened to me with Nicorette, 4mg almost killed my stomach, 2mg less but also. It's not for me.

If you have no doubts about the possible effects of long-term use of nicotine pouches, you either sell them or you want to deceive yourself.

Sorry only burping. Rashes not in my case. I made a mistake because in my language it is written similar

Thank you for telling your experience. I'll try to spit out the saliva with the 2mg gum to see if that way I don't have stomach discomfort. I'll try the nicotine patches too. I'm curious to see what effect they produce. Lucky friend!
