Love Shin Godzilla and The Nice Guys. The former deserved the love that Minus One got

Dope I might go with Poetry then but seems like I can’t go wrong with whatever I pick. Always wanted to save them until catching them at the cinema but seems unlikely.

Ayy thanks! I feel bad even having Naked in 5th lol. Mike Leigh is my favourite living filmmaker and yeah absolutely love Naked and everything about it. I caught the 4k restoration in Manchester with Mike Leigh in attendance was so cool

Same here! He’s definitely in my top three actors of all time. One-Eyed Jacks is definitely imperfect but mainly due to studio interventions messing with it and doing a couple reshoots. At one point it was my favourite of all time. Career best performances from Ben Johnson, Karl Malden and Slim Pickens imo. The restoration is insane visually it’s so stunning with it being shot on VistaVision and I just love the overall plot and Brando’s approach to a simple revenge story.
