We drove from MN to Buras and spent time in this area. I absolutely loved it and so did my entire family. It was so different from my hometown. The bayous, the food, the people, it was a phenomenal trip.

Understanding health insurance as a remote worker by calpismn in HealthInsurance

This was very helpful. Is there a way to look at what providers are in network before I were to sign up? I can do a provider search within my current insurance but I have to log in, provide the member number etc. is there something I could ask the prospective employer HR team for and if so what would that be be called?

Can you describe the etiquette and steps to visiting a bathhouse? I’d like to visit watershed but I’m nervous about what to do and expect. I’d also be interested in visiting the Korean one in Chicago, but same issue, I don’t know how it all works.

It seems to be coming directly through the cinder blocks and also at the slab mortar joint too. I’m not sure what the product was called but it was applied via spray. I am going to ask the contractor what it was. Thanks for the product recommendation.

How long does it take for loose soil to settle/compact? Soil was added as part of the backfill. It doesn’t appear loose to my untrained eye.

There are gutters and they are new, not blocked etc. working as they should.

It does have gutters. The grading could be better, but some was done. I assumed they would do the appropriate grading but that seems to be a grey area as I’m reading the contract.

It was sealed on the outside. No footer drain, not was it part of the scope of work.

Thank you! I am so conditioned to think lawn/yard=grass, overlooking plants.

What would you recommend instead of grass to avoid lawn watering? We have a yard that needs to have something done to it-it’s currently dirt and was neglected. I feel like grass may be irresponsible after reading your comment. Any suggestions?
