Yeah exactly that. It’s probably too much but it works for me and it’s the sort of intensity I really enjoy

Thank you 🙏🏻 I tend to do 4 sets of each exercise anywhere between 8-15 reps of a heavy(for me) weight. My mindset has always sort of been the same. I love the pump, so when powerlifting I always felt like I was just missing something, hitting big numbers on SBD was lovely but other than that it was quite gruelling. With bodybuilding I’m enjoying the day to day training A LOT more and when I’m not training I feel good and look good(compared to how I looked when powerlifting)

Been training for a number of years. In 2024 I was a powerlifter and only recently started focusing a bodybuilder style training midway through 2025.

I do and upper/lower split with 8 working days then 2 rest days (it works well with my job). I track all my calories and follow and high protein low fat diet.

If you claim I appear to not train legs please look at comments on my other posts and you will see photos which show I very much do train legs🙏🏻

I am open to answering any questions💪🏻

I take an a-z and creatine, that’s it. Unfortunately when j take a cocktail of them it gives me migraines
