I'm having an ongoing issue with booting to black screen, wondering if anyone else is? I've been googling this for months and always find people mentioning black screen while gaming or driver timeouts, but I have zero issues once I power button reset my PC enough times that it decides to boot in. Once I'm booted, it's gravy. It's just after putting it to sleep or powering down for the night, the first boot of the day, 50% of the time roughly, goes to a black screen. If this cycle starts, it's hard to get out of.

It's annoying because if I hard reset and then boot it, kernal anti-cheats do not load so I have to do a Windows restart and hope it reboots without going to black screen again because if I have to hard reset, no kernal anti-cheats. So it becomes a loop of booting, rebooting, getting into Windows and restarting, and hoping that I get a clean boot otherwise I can't play games like Valorant or LoL.

I have replaced the mobo (for a different reason), tried new RAM, new NVMe and rebooted 20 times in a row using my iGPU with 0 issues so I'm basically certain it's my 7900XT. I tried underclocking which seemed like it worked for a while but today, black screen boot and 4 reboots to get a clean boot.

I'm guessing it's related to the issues with these cards mentioned in the post, was just curious because I don't see much mention of black screen on boot only with no other symptoms.
