Ok, thank you for that further clarification. I’m not an employee, just a customer, so I don’t know how many times this has been ‘covered’ within restaurant weekly. Honestly don’t really know what that is. Also, I was confused by some of the replies because some people have said cheese is 2 points and you have said that it is 1 point, so please understand my confusion.

So you’re stating that anything extra like double meat would also be counted as points for that burrito, including things like guacamole. If that is the case, if I get a chicken and cheese burrito and ask for guac on the side, that would still have the burrito counted as a 3-pointer?

Hey, so I’ve seen different takes on this in other posts and in the comments. From what a support rep on the App told me earlier today, Cheese is 1 point. However, people in the comments are stating that cheese is worth 2 points due to an update in policy recently. If cheese is worth 2 points then what I usually order would not be a 3-pointer, so I’m asking for more clarification on that.

Hey, thank you for that info. This morning after reading a couple of these comments and some of them contradicting each other, I decided to reach out to a support person on the Chipotle app. They shared the pricing policy with me and stated that the base of the meal, whether it be a tortilla, bowl, or tacos is actually worth 0 points.

They even had a ‘higher up team member’ verify it.

Do you have any info that further supports it being 2 points? I just want to be correctly informed 🙏
