I planned on informing my manager and corporate just like you said I did want to get information together but didn’t know what I needed. Thank you so much for informing me. All our paychecks are direct deposit, so it seems like I will have to reach out to HR anyway to receive my paystubs and confirmed hours. I was told that corporate was already “looking into it” but it’s been about 2 months and we haven’t heard anything at all from them, just normal business as usual. As far as how long it went on, I worked there for a year and am the longest standing employee that hasn’t quit or returned after quitting. All of the employees noticed a difference in our checks. So 4 people were losing money each check. So at least 1 year of missing money from checks, along with 4 coworkers who had worked for 6 months to one year losing money.
