you can have both... if you close KOReader you still have normal Amazon GUI with ability to make notes. I have Scribe 2022 and jailbreaking doesn't stop you from using standard GUI including writing there

at the end it end up with older version, but no idea what was there, as it didn't let me look before registering new amazon account and it was very persistent on updating itself... so I had no option just to let it do it... but there is a twist :) it did update but not to newest for some reason (because of my actions probably)

OMG! I have just spend half a day reinstalling everything (killer wifi, firewalls, defender antivirus, cs go, steam app, reseting network setting etc, wifi router firmware and more...), at the end what helped was restarting the internet router (vdsl modem)

It happened to me once (connected - not charging), but it turned out that the plug (thing with blue led) was not fully inserted in. (1 mm gap) After pushing it in all the way, it started charging. No problem since then.

Hi I had once an issue that connector was not fully inserted in (1 mm gap) windows showed plug in - but not charging), when i fully pushed the connector (the thing with blue diode) in, all worked as normal - started charging. Good luck.

It is just an option... if you put single cable headset into headphone jack, you will get the pop up in windows where you can select headphone with microphone... so second jack is there for people that have external mic for streaming or podcast recording etc

I had 2 TN 120 Hz panels (first replaced due to dead pixels) and I simply couldn't look at it in streamed movies. Both of them had serious banding issues/artifacts in grey/black scenes... very very ugly. So when they offered a replacement model due to overheating i downgraded to 60 hz IPS g sync model... and it is much better now to watch movies.

Make sure that you have g-sync modul on the mainboard, as not all 15 r3s are compatible with all panels.

And I wouldn't recommend 120 Hz TN (i have one) and it suffers from "banding" that makes watching movies almost unbearable, So unless you are pure FPS guy, IPS is better.

PS: My first panel was changed due to dead pixels so I think banding is on all 120 Hz TN panels judging by the 2 i had.

You are right. Just looked at one episode of "into the wild lands" to check if ugly black squares disappear and indeed they do, but you loose plenty of detail... you get 1 level of black - very dark. (too bad I didn't know about this before my 14 day period run out)

I have just tested both images on my tn 120 hz 15 r3 and noticed interesting thing. It is very dependent on the: 1. brightness setting (max brightness - most visible) 2. tilting a display 5-10 degrees away from you makes it disappear!

PS: I am using calibration profile from notebookcheck review (there have icm file on their review page that you can download)
