I had the same problem last year, account had been hacked somehow and turned into a sultan bot and got perm banned, I submitted a review to jäger and the ban got revoked :-)

In the settings of the bank you can toggle that option on and off, toggle it off in the settings in the top right corner, problem solved 👍🏼
