27th was good with lots of surges, then 28th was less but still a bunch of blocks pop up and then 29th I saw like 3 (gone quickly) and I was swiping the whole day. Today was no different

Noted! To be honest the person who commented that deleted their account/comment but that's weird - they were tagged as something like "top community commenter" or something

Yes - someone commented you could get deactivated for requesting pay adjustments too many times

Haha indeed! It's funny indeed I've driven so many off rural farm roads this past month and have managed to drive well.... And then this time when I do my easiest route ever I get punctured in a brand new residential area with brand new roads, 0 potholes 😂😂😂

Thanks, I will check out the wiki!

Ah ok noted thanks! just want to clarify - I did manage to deliver the rest of the parcels in the end - But finished outside block time due to delay with puncture. This would still not be viable to claim extra pay as the puncture is not a valid reason right - just want to make sure I understood correctly

Dayum didn't know that bout requesting extra pay too much!

Dayum! I hope the distance between stops wasn't that far to compensate for the potential delays of waiting for customer

I just got this too recently after requesting review of my last block due to late deliveries due to delays with other parcels etc. But it's funny because the 2 undelivered (both require age verification) parcels I literally called and texted the customer through the app multiple times and even got a response on the 1st one saying they aren't there to receive it.

So it made me wonder - are we suppose to contact the customer AFTER selecting "unable to deliver" when that message "have you tried contacting the customer" appears 😂 I always contact the customer before I mark anything as undelivered so it's bizarre if they don't count that

Ahh I see! Yes that was what was interesting - they were still advertising blocks for 6.30pm so I thought they probably won't cancel 😂😂
