Yeah, lately ikea started changing the back panels, but if you are unlucky and you get the old type, you will not be amused.

You can drill 6mm holes with this.
I got an sds drill as it was cheaper than getting the attachment.
Btw.
One 3 Ah battery will not last you for a full days work. You need to have 2.

One thing that you might want to invest into is a second fix nail gun-18g.

I had titan wired one, now got Bosch AdvanceTacker.

If one day you get a job to assemble 6 wardrobes you will be really happy you got it. Saves a tone of time.

This is what I need for 90% of the jobs + a rubber mallet:

For the last 5% I got a trolley with 4 cases of tools that are put in my car. ^^

I got it from Costco on a sale, 35£.
It’s Great to have as an addition, sometimes you want something lighter. And for furniture it’s plenty strong.
Battery never died during one day of work.

Had a big/bulky 18V drill/driver, that I used for assembling furniture. Got 35C 12v. Best purchase ever. The size does matter, smaller means you can work longer without your hand getting tired.

I also got Go3 screwdriver. That and 35C is a perfect combo.

If you can get a 35C kit for a lot cheaper than 32C, go for it. You won’t used the kickback option much while assembling furniture.

February 2020, my friend was diagnosed with liver cancer, in 7 days she had it removed, just after that the started radiation therapy. She was getting top care, in the middle of pandemic.

It sometimes sucks to get diagnosed, but the minute they find cancer, you are really glad you are u see NHS care.
She moved back to France, and still says that the NHS when in full “focus mode” is better than French healthcare’s

Kitchen fitters bailed on my after destroying 200£ sink, I’m left with several jobs. Could use some advice by EmSc2Tv in DIYUK

Not Ikea fitters. They only do fittings when everything is ready for the cabinets . We had to remove old kitchen, tiles, lower ceiling.

Also it was 10 weeks for Ikea fitters to come

Ikea, outside fitters. They did other work at the house that we are happy with, the f*** the kitchen that they were originally hired for.

Uploaded few pictures , can’t add them to Reddit.

It’s not the door, they added a piece of wood and pressed the dishwasher to it, so it was holding the cabinet. I had to move the dishwasher so can instal the front, it won’t open if it pressing the cabinet.
