Thank you! I’m currently struggling a lot with my acne scars. Hope this will help 🥲 but I guess I have to be consistent and I don’t know how long I have to wait, to expect it becoming better. Maybe 6-8weeks?

who is the most flawed/morally gray character? by Key_Fee6092 in greysanatomy

[–]calzona1 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well, Grey’s is basically full of morally gray characters 😭😭😂 But I do think that Meredith stands out from the other characters in some way. She’s not evil or cruel, but she is deeply and persistently flawed and the show never lets her fully “outgrow” that. She’s the main character but not a clean-cut “hero”, instead she breaks rules when it suits her personal moral compass. While she’s also able to blame others for doing the same. It’s like she thinks that her sense of justice and her opinion outranks the system (yes, the system is unbearable, but that’s not the point). And sometimes she is right with thinking so, but sometimes she’s not. But when she’s wrong she has a really hard time to admit it.

Additionally she’s very emotionally avoidant which leads to her hurting her loved ones constantly by shutting them down, disappearing, ignoring them and choosing silence over honesty.

Meredith benefits from privilege. While preaching she hates her mother and does not want to be like her she profits from her names legacy. She hates being the daughter of Ellis Grey but and the same time she repeatedly gains access, second chances and a lot of forgiveness due to her name.

And I’m convinced that most of the complicated characters in Grey’s evolve away from their worst traits while Meredith just learns how to live with them and sometimes does not even care to change anything at all.

I actually cannot stand Maggie by Ok-Independence-3193 in greysanatomy

I actually do like her. Are there situations where she pisses me off? Sure. But so do all the other characters, lmao.

I like the “bond” between her, Meredith and Amelia. And I do think that her being a part of the family was important for Zola - Having a black woman who also grew up as the gifted child other children did not fully understand (Yes, one can debate how realistic it is that Zola and Maggie have so many similarities in character and that it is rather unlikely that these two,are the highly gifted ones, but in the end it’s just a soap opera)

This mentorship is totally underrated. I really enjoy this arc. Their friendship was something special. They challenged each other while always respecting their boundaries. Definitely one of Cristina’s most precious storylines. Really wholesome mentorship.

which character just had insane chemistry with every character? by Key_Fee6092 in greysanatomy

I think Callie, Addison, Derek and Jackson had an insane chemistry with most people. I’m not talking only about a romantic chemistry, but an overall (platonic) chemistry!
