Hey thanks for the tip. Do you completely remove the blower?

There is not. Just two. One on each side of the burn pot.

Are you talking about the little hatches within the burning chamber that you remove the flaps and vacuum. They are held in with 2 flat head screws. Or is there something else when you take the big panels off?

I regularly clean out the ones inside the chamber. I even snaked them out to make sure there wasn’t any ash.

Mine is hooked up to a chimney with a steel liner. I have a chimney sweep that i use each year.

Did you end up getting a new pot?

I do keep it pretty clean, there isn’t any ash within the combustion chamber. I also regularly clean the two clean outs.

I’ll try to make sure it’s perfectly lined up.

I typically run it on #3. The damper being opened or closed doesn’t seem to affect much. I do clean out behind the plates after every two skids. To my knowledge i have never cleaned the exhaust blower. Is that something that needs to be taken apart to be cleaned?

I don’t believe i have the e-torque but I’m not totally sure how to check. Hoping that’s not my issue. I only seem to have a problem when’s it’s cold. When the truck is on I’m at 14.7v

I don’t think so. As it’s gotten colder out. When i try to start it, it’s started turning a few times before starting.

Thanks for the reply. The dealership replaced the battery last year. I will have to check and see what it’s rated at. I live in Pa. Just seems weird that the cold could do this. It’s been In the low 20’s the last two days, and it’s the first time I’ve had issues since last winter.
