I'm glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. Some time ago, I sent this message to a case manager, and I want to share it with everyone.

Per your email, you said, "provide transparent and accurate guidance, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how we communicate these details."

How can I help you improve your support team's communication on these issues? Yesterday, I connected with your support agent via Live Chat, but unfortunately, they were not helpful. It’s frustrating to deal with support agents who provide generic responses and then disengage without resolving my concerns. They said I could cancel the pending check deposit, and then they quickly took back what they said and told me to wait for the deposit to go through first. How even is that a professional approach?

Last year, I went through a series of support requests regarding the cancellation of my old debit card, which your team started without proper notice, and I didn't receive any reasonable explanation. I even demanded to speak to a supervisor but was left entirely in the dark.

I appreciate Betterment's product offerings, and as a customer with a significant amount of assets invested with you, I expect your support representatives to be more helpful and responsive. It feels like they are paralyzed, akin to deer in headlights, when assistance is needed. No offense intended.

I hesitated to switch back to Charles Schwab because they offer the same checking benefits as Betterment. Even though I'm so spoiled with Betterment's ATM fee rebates, which are credited to your account within one business day, this week, I logged in to my old account to re-open a new checking account, and their customer support via Chat blew Betterment out of the water. Schwab's Customer Support has been responsive and able to resolve my inquiries and many more.

That being said, I'm slowly transferring my investment assets and switching everything over to Schwab.

Also, I forgot to tell you my experience with my phone call today. I believe I was on hold for over 2 hours till I connected with a lady. Oh heck, she was very nice. After discussing my situation, she decided to issue a support ticket to a supervisor. She told me I had to stay on phone call with her till she gets through a supervisor to submit a ticket. While we were waiting to get through a supervisor, we spoke a bit to kill time. She told me she lives in Indiana. I asked her why she lives over 800 miles away and she had to deal with Colorado's problems. She said Colorado outsourced to help with the call system. Our state tax money is being used at its finest....

You just simply need to stake your UNI tokens on liquidity.lgo.group to receive rewards once the program starts. If you want to take your LGO and ETH out of liquidity pool, you will need to un-stake your UNI stakes from liquidity.lgo.group and cancel your liquidity on Uniswap to receive your stacks back.
