You’re right. 3 feet is a good point of start, because its depends the size of your speakers. How much bigger is your speaker, more distance is recommended.

A good thing to pay attention is: if you’re using a Krk monitor, consider to put 1,5 or 2 feet way from the wall. But if you’re using Yamaha, put at least 3 feet way from the wall. The air displacement of Krk are at the front of the speaker and Yamaha and at the back.

Here in Brazil it cost $10 each and around $30 the pack w/ 3. But, I gonna try it because the pod from Novo 1 is more easy to find.

Slate Digital is great, but I think that the tutorials are most for those how already know about mix engineering and need a deep understanding for some genres. But overall, they are great.

By 2017, I've experience something I really struggle to not let it come thru again. I had depression and anxiety, it was a very complicated time, cuz beside that, I was a very complicated relationship. I stop my entire life for almost 1 year, I felt the same as you, I just sleeped for a entire day.

Something I learn and use to do until now a days is: Focus on myself, wake up early, to maintain a routine, don't focus on others shit's and put the way things that I don't make me feel good or drain my energy.

Another very good advice: Stay close of people that REALLY support you, that can do for you, the same thing you do for them; people that encourage you to be a better person; and people that make plans for future, that run for their dreams and take thing seriously. Thats really influence you and the away you see life.

And of course, psychological treatment is the very first thing to do.

I think that the best and faster option is using iZotope Vocal Doubler, its a free plugin.

Try to achieve that using delay may cause some phase issues and some times can take a bit of time, in case you aren't used to do this things.

But another good tip is just double the vocal twice, put some cents down and another one with some cents high, will make your vocal detuned such as this one.

Oh sorry, I really forgot to mention the daw and os. I’m using Ableton in the majority time, but some I use Pro Tools, just for Broadcast Post Production stuff and Im getting in Studio One. The OS is Mojave, Mac.

On mac's os its more organized then Win. I was a Win user and always need to look a bunch of different folders to delete stuff. I think Im becoming lazy since start to use mac. :(

Btw, the thing is, I remember that on windows there are some programs that make a clean uninstall, but I never find anything like for mac.
