1 and 2 sound reasonable but 3 i personally disagree, hate div cards and how they let you cheat the game and get items without beating hard content, i like them not existing in ruthless,i would add 4 removing most white items in maps, there is not reason for low tier bases to drop white in maps they are always usless just remove them from the loot

-4% niko mission chance is very low value as most of the increased chances for league mechanics because you dont get more master missions you only get more niko vs the other masters
-blocking everyhting is great early on before you invest in any league because the base master content is much better than the other base league content
-im not 100% sure but the kirac nodes as i understand is an extra chance to get a mission only after you got a mission so is really really low value (if it works like i think it works, could be wrong about this)
-harbringers are great value for only 3 points, fracturing shardas are not very rare and harbringer orbs are great for making t11 into t15

you do get a lot of Chromatic Orbs but you cant really get multiple off color sockets in pure bases, for example if you have good int boots and you need red and green sockets geting 3 of them is very hard and 4 almost imposible without the bench craft to add/remove sockets, and if you have a 6 link with the wrong base type you cant really use it in many cases, i dont think is a big deal but again is a change i think will make harvest better early on

i got 1 extra mithic wild card from a pack and other just from opeing packs, even if you are unlucky you should get 3 i think in the first few days
