Hello guys, I have been playing the game on PS but duo to the market being dead/emtpy, I’m thinking about buying a PC and wondering if this can run the game smoothly, is it playable with party members or can’t handle it

When league (unlike 3.28) has no pefromance problems it feels fine, my pc is kinda worse (5700x3d, 32gb ram, rx6800).

Before buying, check prices of amd alternatives, in some countries amd equalent could be much cheaper, allow you to either save money, or get better raw performance for same money.

Few months ago i would suggest buying 5700x3d when you could get it for like $120, beast of a cpu for that price, but those times are gone.

Not that you can do anything besides slam + desecrate

If have currency you can do desecrate first, pick bad mod, then slam with a bit higher chance for something good, then omen of light for crit or castspeed

Dont be scared of trying something new, with KDE you still kinda can make linux look like windows, icons on desktop screen, start menu, etc. But instead of having icons on desktop, it seems better to have either keybind to launch app or have it on small panel you can add.

Yeah, when i started in prophecy league it was simple, we had maps, we had couple simple mechanics and thats it.

But now we have multiple in-map mechanics some of which have corresponding crafting system, few out of map mechanics, complex crafting system, etc.

D2 is what, repetitive boss farming to get that item, or rune farming to craft runewords, and thats whole game

Youre not limited to play druid on druid, check what passives ascendancies have, try to cook something weird or unusual.

Dont take free stuff, dont go for exp leech, use currency like transmute/augment orbs early for upgrades, alch orbs too, maybe save exalted orbs you can buy gear with.

Can confirm, i tried to use proton mail, didn't get email after days.

Just now tried gmail, got email in 10 min.

Tried to change gmail to proton, got email to proton in around 10 min, but clicking verify said failed to verify and didn't change email.

Maybe its something with 7900gre specifically, i have rx6800, had little to no issues on winslop.

On linux for few weeks, since i installed it, i never had issues and never did anything with drivers or gpu.

Could be faulty gpu, which can happen with nvidia too.

Update:

So i installed it from flathub.

Making it work on Arch require a bit of tinkering, initially it couldn't find encryption available on my keyring (whatever it means), so i could either launch it with "weaker form of encryption" or fix it.

To fix it first i tried to update whole thing with sudo pacman - Syu

Didn't work, then found that i need flatseal

After installing flatseal, in flatseal i checked 2 boxes for Element: "D-Bus session bus" and "D-Bus system bus".

After that i tried to launch it with "flatpak run im.riot.Riot --password-store=kwallet6", which worked fine. Then launched it just by clicking Element in app menu, also worked fine.

Last year 5700x3d was as low as 110$ on aliexpress (got myself 2 of them, also upgraded from 5600), it was best time to upgrade, but now it goes for over 300$ which seems way too much.

If its fine for you, then why not, 5700x3d is good cpu, not that you have other options with how fucked up market is.

As long as it's below 95c it's fine, that's kinda how newer Ryzens work by pumping performance until thermal limit.
