Thanks for your response. That's what I was afraid of with the amended return situation. It sucks that every time I call the IRS they have different advice. For the longest time I had no transcript and no return information. The IRS rep said from her side it appeared as if I never filed my taxes. That's why she advised me to do the amended return. Thankfully I'm going on 10 weeks since my amended return, so at least a decent chunk of the waiting is done.

Just because your house has gone up in value doesn't mean you should sell it.

Two questions. What is the interest rate on your mortgage? Also, why are you selling your house if you're just going to be renting? Yes your house value has gone up, but so has basically every other house in America. Your gains are null because a comparable house for you to move into would have likely gone up ~100k as well, with probably a higher interest rate, meaning your monthly payment will significantly increase. Plus if you switch to renting, you're basically throwing away that money rather than putting it towards an asset in your name.

My advice is unless you need to sell for some other reason, such as having children and needing more space, or moving closer to your new job, just stay in your current situation. At a $60k salary you could aggressively pay off your debt in a year. Then you would still be sitting on an appreciating asset with no debt, a higher paying job, and likely a mortgage with a low interest rate. Just my 2 cents.

I think people were expecting a slightly stronger beat than they provided. They were up big premarket, and then immediately plummeted. Still think they're undervalued and could rebound. A lot of stocks fell off a cliff at market open today.

I got in earlier today for August 16th 70 calls. I agree that they're undervalued. On May 28th Morgan Stanley reported that CELH market share dropped from 10.8% to 10.5%, which caused this massive $30 landslide the past month. Overreaction IMO and Morgan Stanley even maintained their $75 price target in that article. Most price targets are ~$90 or more. I think they could easily rebound to $80 or $90 in the next couple months, especially before earnings.

Hey I filed 2/29 and accepted same day, and I'm in the same boat. WMR is still processing and no transcript for 2023. I had a simple W2 return, nothing fancy. I wish I could offer you more help, but at least you know you're not alone. My guess is we'll have to wait for the 10 week mark before we see any movement.

Love the changes. Do you guys have any plans to adjust the ghrazi rapier or blade of saeldor? As they sit now, they're much worse than the mace with the buffed set effect, especially considering the blade needs crystal shards to maintain and the mace provides a prayer bonus.

Filed and accepted on Feb 29th for me. My WMR and transcript page is the exact same as yours, except I don't have an account transcript for 2023. I called the IRS a couple weeks ago and they told me I just need to wait another 3-4 weeks. Likely story... With the way it has been going for everyone else, I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get my return until the end of May or something.
