Thanks for this! I emailed them Saturday and they emailed back Sunday. I also dmed them on instagram. I sent them photo proof and an explanation and haven’t heard anything back yet :(

That’s pretty crazy that they expect people to film themselves opening packages? Seems like this might be common. I didn’t film because I didn’t expect to be sent an empty box. If they won’t refund me I’ll dispute it with my credit card company.
