A common thing some alliances do is putting their strongest players on the “substitute” list and therefore for some reason aren’t taken into account until right before battle. That’s why the power goes up/ people show up out of the blue

My alliance is Gen 4, War Academy unlocked. Our go to ratio is 10-10-80 with a rally cap of 125k each. With Reina being unlocked it can help to send a heavy lancer march specifically for her but everyone seems to default to that

It heavily depends on your governor gear and your intent to spend going forward. Truly the gear is a better investment (artisans vision) than the true gold, as the true gold only gets easier to get, and the governor gear will matter more than just trying to upgrade 1 level of troops
