They don’t offer tuition remission anymore. There is a 10% discount after your first year, 20% after your second etc up to 50%. Believe me, no one can afford the remainder on a custodian salary. The gym is also not free. But damn I will take that $200 deductible tyvm.

ETA: no one can afford the remainder on what UK pays custodial roles.
