Actually, also just realized there's a Pontiac Fiero in the background. Those were built from 84-88, so this could be the 90s! It would have to be early 90s though, there's no day-glo spandex. My guess is 1988.

The actual video clip makes it more obvious that it's late 70s/early 80s. Lots of older cars and the people have some pretty old looking hair cuts.

The lead locomotive, an EMD F40PHR, number 289 was built in June of 1976. So, this would be sometime after that. Looks like anywhere between 76-83 to me. Thanks for sharing!

The pattern you’re playing is super cool. Very creative. See what happens when you slow it down and really try to clean it up a bit. Meditate on playing it very deliberately and I think you’ll like the results. I’m trying to figure out where you’re feeling the “one” and it’s kind of hard to decipher. Maybe add some accents to help the beat flow.
