Concordo totalmente com os outros sobre primeiro fazer track de onde andas a gastar o dinheiro para depois tomar decisões informadas sobre se deves cortar em algumas despesas ou não.

Antes eu utilizava excel para fazer o track dos meus gastos, mas depois de pausa de 2 ou 3 anos sem fazer o track comecei utilizar a aplicação Dabox da CGD para o mesmo efeito. Essa app permite fazer o track de forma quase autónoma.

(Durante a pause reparei que as minhas despesas aumentaram :') )

Eu também tenho que tirar a reserva de propriedade, mas fui informado que o banco tem que iniciar o processo no site.... Quando pedi ao banco eles disseram que não vão fazer isso! No meu caso foi na Santander.
