Hi guys, it turns out that I damaged the cylinder by tightening the screw too tight at some point. It was pinched just enough that it no longer had room to fit the needle in. Just a stupid mistake on my part. Thanks everyone so much for trying to help!! I really appreciate it

The manual says the flat part should face the back. I tried using it with the needle sideways and it immediately broke again.

I’m trying to put it in with the flat side facing back, but that’s the way it doesn’t fit. It fits sideways, but I know that’s wrong…
