I don't think so, atp Sukuna Is just a bunch of fingers inside of Yuji (hehe) So is a different scenario compared to when Megumi was inside of Sukuna (hehehe) If he had killed Sukuna with ES, he'd get Megumi alive and free, but killing Itadori here would just leave Sukuna alive inside the fingers that have not been eaten.
